Master Service Agreement
Terms & Conditions
These terms govern use of Bitwrx data center services. Specific obligations are in your signed Master Services Agreement.
Scope of service
Bitwrx provides colocation, interconnection, compute, and managed services as described in your signed Master Service Agreement (MSA). Service descriptions, SLAs, fees, and renewal terms are spelled out per order form.
SLA
Standard uptime is 99.999% for Tier III facilities, measured monthly. Service credits are described in the MSA. Maintenance windows are excluded from uptime calculations when announced 14 days in advance.
Payment
Invoices are issued monthly in advance. Net 30 unless otherwise agreed. Late payments accrue 1.5% per month.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
