What is and isn't allowed
Acceptable Use Policy
This policy applies to all customers using Bitwrx services. We keep this short and direct.
Prohibited activities
Do not use Bitwrx to spam, host malware, mine cryptocurrency without prior written agreement, distribute child sexual abuse material, infringe intellectual property, or interfere with other customers' service.
Network use
Do not source-spoof, do not run open relays, do not perform unauthorized port scanning of third parties from Bitwrx address space. DDoS amplification (DNS, NTP, memcached) is prohibited.
Reporting abuse
Report abuse complaints to info@bitwrx.ca. We respond within 4 business hours.
Enforcement
We reserve the right to suspend service for AUP violations after providing reasonable notice and an opportunity to cure, except in cases of clear malicious activity where immediate suspension is necessary.
