Privacy Notice
Bitwrx is a Canadian company subject to Quebec Law 25 and the federal PIPEDA. We collect the minimum data we need to deliver service.
What we collect
Account information (name, company, email, phone), billing information (only as needed for invoicing — payment data is handled by our PCI-DSS processor), service telemetry (power, bandwidth, ticket history), and security access logs (badge swipes, biometric hashes, camera footage).
How we use it
To deliver service, bill correctly, secure facilities, and improve operations. We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer data to train AI models.
Where we store it
All customer data resides in Canada. Backups are replicated between Bitwrx Canadian regions only.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@bitwrx.ca.
